1. Custom Services

All our services are customized and executed only after understanding your exact needs during a one-on-one discussion or meeting.

2. Refund Eligibility

We usually do not provide refunds once a service agreement is finalized. However, in the following cases, you may be eligible for a refund:

• If the agreed-upon services are not delivered as discussed.
• If our final output does not meet the promised quality or expected standards.
• If the client does not see any results despite our services, and sufficient time has been given for results to appear.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service with complete details and reasoning. Our team will review your request and, if valid, process the refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloaded files or completed digital deliveries
• Consultation sessions once delivered
• Work already approved by the client

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before the service work has started. Once the project is initiated based on your approval, cancellations will not be accepted.
